“We’re happy to announce that Jim is rejoining Pennywise and we’re all looking forward to playing music together again. We’re going to celebrate our re-union with a show at the Hollywood Palladium, January 18th to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Pennywise for our friends and fans in L.A.”
In his interview this morning, Lindberg said that being back in the KROQ studios “made him feel like “someone who took an Ambien has now found themselves down by the lake and they don’t know how they got there.”
“I don’t know how I got back into this room but I guess Fletcher can tell us how I got back here.” Dragge went on to tell a story about how after reminiscing and a “little self introspection” he called Lindberg up while he was at a bachelor party. Lindberg had apparently erased Dragge’s number and wasn’t expecting to talk to him ever again; the pair hadn’t spoken in two years even though at one point Lindberg called Dragge thirty-seven times.
