Foo Fighters donnait le 2e et dernier concert hommage à leur batteur Taylor Hawkins hier soir à Los Angeles. Et tout comme lors du spectacle à Londres plus tôt en septembre, FF a joué plus de 50 chansons pendant 6 heures en ligne.
La liste d’invités pour ce dernier concert hommage était tout aussi longue. On pouvait retrouver Travis Barker de Blink-182, les membres de Queen, Pink, Miley Cyrus, Chad Smith de Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alanis Morrissette, Joan Jett, Kris Novoselic de Nirvana, ainsi que des membres de Queen, Rush, Def Leppard et beaucoup plus.
Shane Hawkins, le fils de Taylor Hawkins, était encore présent alors qu’il a joué My Hero et I’ll Stick Around avec Foo Fighters.
Contrairement au spectacle à Londres, la performance n’était pas diffusée en direct sur YouTube.

Foo Fighters n’a pas de plan pour le moment. Le guitariste Chris Shiflett a tout de même mentionné qu’il s’attend à ce que le groupe sorte un nouveau disque dans le futur.
Certains parlent déjà d’une tournée avec Shane Hawkins à la batterie. Le jeune a seulement 16 ans, mais force est d’admettre qu’il sait vraiment jouer. Cela rendrait aussi hommage à Taylor.
Bref, ce sera à suivre pour le futur de Foo Fighters dans les prochains mois.
