Deryck Whibley semble vraiment s’être pris en main. Dans une nouvelle mise à jour qu’il a lui-même publiée sur son site, Whibley a avoué avoir passé du temps avec ses femmes, sa mère et sa fiancée, en plus de jouer des vieilles chansons de Sum 41.
Deryck Whibley a joué ces vieilles chansons avec un autre batteur que Stevo, le batteur original de Sum 41 qui a quitté le groupe il y a plus d’un an.
On ne sait pas avec qui d’autre Whibley a joué ces chansons. On ne sait pas si Cone était là ou si encore il jouait avec Dave Brownsound. Les deux amis se sont retrouvés pour la première fois en 8 ans la semaine dernière.
Deryck a aussi publié deux photos avec des femmes spéciales, sa mère et sa fiancée. Toujours spécial de voir à quel point sa blonde est plus grande que lui.

we had an amazing dinner with a few friends the other night and it was the first time I have gotten to go out for a fun night since i was released from the hospital.
I also had a little jam session at my house earlier in the day and it was so fun to play some of the old songs again. it gives me inspiration to write songs again along with the touring itch. right now i’m having my studio worked on because theres are a few things in there that aren’t working right (ah,the joys of having your own studio.), but after today it should be back and rocking. I got some good writing done today and i can’t wait to get it all down and recorded.
